Refund & Cancellation Policy – Digital Billboard Advertising
At OutMedia, we’re committed to providing high-impact, affordable digital billboard advertising across our network. Due to the nature of digital media scheduling, screen time allocation, and campaign management, it’s important for our clients to understand our refund and cancellation policy before launching a campaign.
1. General Refund Policy
Once a digital billboard campaign has been created, scheduled, and confirmed for activation, we do not offer refunds. This is because your campaign is reserved within our digital inventory system, which affects availability for other advertisers and involves administrative, operational, and scheduling efforts.
2. Pre-Activation Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your campaign before it has been scheduled or gone live, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a processing and administrative fee. The following conditions apply: The cancellation request must be received in writing within 24 hours of your order. If your ad creative has already been submitted and approved, or if scheduling work has already begun, a service fee of up to 25% may be deducted from the refund to cover time and resources used. Please note: campaigns scheduled to start within 24–48 hours of purchase are often processed immediately, and refunds are unlikely to be available.
3. No Refunds After Campaign Activation
Once your campaign is active or scheduled with a start date, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes situations where: You choose to cancel after your ad is live and/or active. You fail to provide the required creative assets in time (resulting in delays or missed campaign windows). Your ad performs below expectations due to creative design or messaging (we provide specs and best practices to help avoid this). You later change your marketing priorities or strategy. Digital billboard slots are limited and operate on a fixed schedule — once space is booked, it cannot be recovered or resold for the same period. We appreciate your understanding.
4. Campaign Adjustments or Rescheduling
If you need to adjust your campaign (change dates, update creatives, or shift locations), we’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your ad is scheduled. However: Changes requested within 48 hours of the scheduled start date are not guaranteed. Rescheduling may require a reprocessing fee.If a new start date is not selected within 10 business days, your campaign may be marked as canceled with no refund.
